Services and Fees

Payments can be made at the time of service or purchased ahead of time.  For your convenience, I offer various payment options.  Accepted payments are cash, check, credit and debit card.  To pay by credit or debit card, you can use the PayPal buttons below.  It will take you to PayPal's secure payment site.  In addition, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase a session.

  • 50-Minute Office Session

    I also offer longer sessions at a prorated fee.

    • $120.00

  • Phone Consultation

    Some find the convenience of counseling via the phone more appealing.  It is espcially convenient for those who are in rural areas or have a busy schedule.  Phone consultations are available by appointments and it can be purchased in 15 minute increments.  For example, if you would like to have a 30 minute consultation, you can choose 2 under quantity during your check-out process.  After making your payment, you can email me to request an appointment time.  I make every effort to respond to your email promptly.  Phone consultations are not covered for insurance participants. 

    • $25.00

Insurance Information:

Life Solutions Counseling, LLC is a fee for service provider.  Please contact your insurace company for more information on reimbursement for out-of-network services.  Superbill will be provided monthly so that you can submit for reimbusement with your insurance company.
